No me dieron el tour de bienvenida por Madrid. No me dieron el desayuno el primer día en Madrid. Me robaron en algún hotel dos baterías de recarga de mi concentrador de oxígeno por valor de $100 dólares las dos. Llamé a los hoteles y no fue olvido mío. El que fue Pedro Madrid Evora, un mal educado, me dijo que en el bus no se podía hablar de política ni religión. ¿Dictadura? Hubo cambio de bus en medio del viaje y nuestro hotel estaba cerca, ¿por qué no nos dejó en el hotel? La mejor guía de Europamundo siempre es la Sra. Yolanda Chacón, la más preparada, culta, de buenos pensamientos y buen trato. Domina y ama su trabajo, cuídenla, es lo mejor de mi viaje.

They supposed to pick me up to the airport but they didnt. They talk me to get a taxi and they will give me the money back..
they give me the money back but for me was very frustrated when I went outside the airport and nobody was waiting for me there especially that Im a woman alone. And then I have to carry my luggage by myself inside the hotel was very sad for me to start my vacation like that. And then inside the hotel nobody from Europamundo was there . I spoke with the receptionist and she told me to wait on till 3 pm for check in .
The guided of the tour was nice. Hotels not that good at all. The only good hotel was the last in Paris the H4 the rest not that good. The hotel in Austria not even enough soap in the bathroom and I told some lady in charge there and she didnt Pay attention to me, And I had to go to the front desk, after that the same lady I asked before went and put some soap and I said still need some in the shower and she say tomorrow they will refilled because was liquid soap and you cant move the one in the sink to the bathtub, so still she did a bad service.
I guess is because we are from the tour they think is free and that we dont need good service I guess! The tour was good . Is my third time with Europamundo.
They are good but this happened to me . I just got from that tour last Tuesday September 17 2024 from France is very recently.

They supposed to pick me up at the airport but they didnt. I supposed to arrive at 8:35 am to the airport but my flight got delayed so I call in advance to day I will arrive at 11:45 am in the airport in Austria they say ok that they will pick me up.
When I went outside nobody was waiting for me . I feel so bad and Im women traveling alone in a country i never been before was very frustrated. The I call and a lady told me to take a taxi and they will give me the money back. But that was not what we arranged.
Very irresponsible. I have to go to the hotel carry my bag by myself inside the hotel nobody was there from Europamundo I feel worse. Then I spoke with the receptionist and she told me to wait on till 3 pm for check in. They give me the money back, but thats not the point the point is that you expecting that someone is waiting for you outside very bad experience.
The trip was good but the hotel was very cheap only the last hotel in Paris H4 was good . The first hotel in Austria was not good not enough soap .
Cheap hotel. The guides Was good and the tour was great.

This is a company that you would regret paying, regardless of the cost. If you expect to be warmly welcomed and given your daily schedule with a smile, forget about it.
The communication is extremely poor. We took their Swiss and Italy spotlight trip. From day one, we struggled. There was no one to guide us on our first free day or to greet us.
The hotel staff was clueless. The hotel choices were cheap ones located far from downtown which made meal purchases fraught with additional travel costs. Eating at the hotel was expensive, and we were expected to pay for water, tea bags, etc. The guides at Europamundo behave like military professionals.
At times, you will feel as though you are in an army training camp where minute lateness is met with shouting, and early rising is expected. There is no respect for the elderly. If you request a stop for a restroom, they may rudely refuse. The vacation was so densely packed that it did not feel like a holiday at all, and we as a family feel we need another holiday to recover from this one.
Overall, I would rate them 0/5 for their terrible hospitality, poor communication, lack of compassion and indifferent attitude towards the elderly.
You would be better off paying twice as much elsewhere for a better holiday. This company is a nightmare to travel with.

The problem was she made the offert during a tour in Rome, and then she no was sure who gona be the guide .She mentoon first Paula, then said Ivan and no sure
The time departure only say early about 5 to 5.30 a.m
We never had contact with the guide (Ivan) and he never contact with Us .
We live to the exit 5.20 am on tuesday 9 july and they left before and don't contact Us .
The Company have all our information cell phone, e-mail and number room in the hotel .
We want the ruturn money 350.00 for this service no provide and no ours responsability.

Guide did not have our we already paid for . We had to pay again with our own money to gain entry. Carmen our guide is totally incompetent.

I've booked my tour trondheim to Bergen 11sep to 15 th sep 2024 the visa has not arrived so can I get a refund or defer to another trip

We took Italy, Austria and Switzerland .
Major issue was , the bus would be parked at point A, then you are taken to all places from point A to Z in a fast fwd walk. The guide will leave you at point Z and say now this is your free time, return to the bus at point A.
We couldn't find our way back in a new place with language barrier. No wifi on the bus, tour guide was just friendly but not much help in showing important places.
His words were its your free time . We did not know that free time means no guide to take you back.

Lots of good things about 'Treasures of Spain and Portugal' tour in Feb 2024 BUT being packaged with different people and different tour leaders for different segments of the tour -all without prior notice that this would happen - means I could NEVER recommend this company for solo travellers. Might be economical for the company but left me feeling like a disoriented English speaker amongst a continual Spanish commentary with minimal untimely English commentary and no chance of developing group dynamics.

Tour quality - value for customers time is poor. Was told to be in lobby at 8:00 am and it is now 9:30.
No call no pick up. We had to contact company to find out what happened, bus broke down. Why didnt new tour guide contact us??? Also I am dealing with probable Covid I got on this tour from other sick travelers who didn't wear mask.
Guides favored Spanish speakers. I was only person from US until last few days of tour.

I sent in a very good review. Thee tour was great.
However, I used the phrase, the hotels were not in the city center, as you told us.
What I meant was you had already mentioned that in advance, and it was fine. Sorry.
Third time I used never more
the first 2 tourist guides were ok. Until they changed us to another bus with a lady that was unprofessional.
We couldn't use bathroom in the bus until a lot of complaining she released. Some tours or you saw the places or you stop to go to bathroom. She told to an old lady she had 3 seconds to go to bathrooms. theno lady was so nervous.
They deal with old people. In 2 cities we didn't see anything. One in Frankfurt we arrive so late everything was closed. The other Hannover she put us in another bus and the other bus didn't visit Hannover and we paid for this.
Hotels without air and they didn't repair or dirty carpets. Never more!!!
It’s just a bus ride from place to place
Empezar por la actitud de algunos guías que al parecer piensan los viajeros de Latinoamérica tienen suerte de viajar y no tienen escolaridad. Es increíble como subestiman al viajero.
Los recorridos en bus serían menos tediosos si hicieran paradas cada dos horas y permitieran al menos comprar café en ellas.
Viajes casi 7 horas sin entretenimiento pues no hay ni wifi funcional.
Guías que están hartos de trabajar y ya ni explican, son acompañantes. Uno de ellos cambió ruta con tal de que fuéramos todos a uno de los lugares (de ningún atractivo cultural) de ventas* haces un tour de la tienda y compras. Eso lo decidió haciendo a una cuarta parte de nosotros perder una ciudad importante que pagamos por visitar. Luego nos envió en un tren local con maletas que no cabían en clase turista porque es limitado.
Fueron 5 horas de trayecto a la próxima ciudad que tocaba. Y eso lo dijo el mismo día.
Para llegar a la estación de tren nos hizo arrastrar las maletas desde un punto que quedaba distante. Fue horrible porque algunos tuvimos que quedarnos de pie junto al equipaje porque no había dónde guardar esas valijas grandes.
La media pensión será casi siempre perder el tiempo esperando por pollo con papas y 15 minutos más para el postre: helado de vainilla. Pierdes tiempo de ver lo poco que te permiten ver por tu cuenta.
Te quieren vender las excursiones extra y la estrategia es que no compres de antemano los boletos a los museos maravillosos de las ciudades donde vas.
Es tan absurdo que en ocasiones te dicen: vamos a tal lugar para la foto. Te llevan, te sacas la foto, todos al bus y nos vamos.
A veces te sacan de la ciudad para llevarte al hotel (casi todos son lejanos) y de todas maneras ya no hay ni restaurante abierto cerca. No entendiendo cuál es la prisa de sacarte de un pueblo o ciudad para tirarte en el hotel.
Tienen mucho que mejorar.
